Make your purchase part of your setup.
Find the right licence
Sign in to Account with the email used at checkout and open your licences. Match the product and operating system to the installed edition. A payment receipt is not the same as an activated installation.
Activate in the application
- Install and open the purchased edition.
- Open its licence settings. In MidAI, this is Settings > License.
- Enter the licence key and the email linked to the purchase. Copy carefully without extra spaces.
- Press the application's verification or activation button; in MidAI, Verify.
- Wait for the successful activation status. If it fails, read the exact message before trying again.
MidAI remembers activation on the same machine and periodically verifies it. Other Anumys applications can use different labels and first-launch flows. Follow the controls actually provided by your installed version.
Move to another computer
- Open your account's licence list and inspect its active machines.
- Choose a computer you no longer use and select Deactivate.
- On the new machine, install the correct edition and activate it using your key and purchase email.
You can deactivate an old installation from the account page even if the old computer is unavailable. The activation allowance is shown for the particular licence; do not assume every product has the same allowance. Reinstalling on an unchanged machine normally reuses its identity, while a system reset or hardware change can affect it.
Three different actions
- Deactivate an installation: frees an eligible licence slot for another machine.
- Revoke an AI machine or API key: blocks its Anumys AI access; this is managed separately in AI credits & history.
- Deactivate your account: affects the whole account. Do not use this when you only want to move a plugin licence.
If the licence is refused
An incorrect key/email, a mismatched edition, an exhausted activation allowance or an unreachable service can prevent activation. A revoked licence cannot be reactivated just by reinstalling. Completed refunds or other entitlement changes can revoke access. Check the status in Account and contact support if it does not match your purchase.
Purchasing Anumys AI credits does not issue an ordinary plugin licence. Usage + Limitless applies to eligible AI results through a compatible client; see the credit categories.
