ACCOUNT / DATA RIGHTS

User Data
Deletion

Account deactivation and personal-data erasure are different actions. You may deactivate your account in the account settings; to request erasure of personal data, contact Anumys using the direct request link below.

How to deactivate your account

Sign in and open the Account control section on your Account page. Choose Deactivate my account, read the warning, tick the confirmation checkbox, and press the red Deactivate button.

For security, the request can only be submitted from your authenticated account session.

What will be deleted or deactivated

The current Account page operation only marks your account as deactivated. It does not itself erase your profile, billing profile, support history or other personal data, and it is not an automatic deletion request. Your account will no longer be available for normal sign-in. This distinction is important: deactivation alone does not fulfil an erasure request.

The process may affect access to your purchased products, license keys, activations, invoices, and download links. Please download anything you are legally entitled to retain before submitting the request.

Required records and verification

To request erasure, email support@anumys.eu from the address associated with your account and identify the account or order. You do not need to provide a reason. We will assess the request under GDPR and normally respond within one month. We may ask for only the information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.

Some transaction, tax and accounting records must be retained for statutory periods. Under Hungarian accounting law, accounting vouchers are generally kept for at least eight years, and certain accounting records for at least ten years. Data retained for legal claims or fraud prevention are restricted to that purpose where possible; a deletion request does not erase records we are legally required to keep.

Deactivation may affect access to purchased products and licences. If you need to preserve an entitlement or download, resolve that before deactivating the account, or contact Support.
