LEGAL / CUSTOMER CARE
Complaints &
Resolution
Last updated: 26 September 2026
We would like to resolve product, account, payment and service problems directly and clearly. This procedure does not limit any consumer right or legal remedy.
1. Contact Anumys
Send a complaint to support@anumys.eu, call +36 20 320 6053, or use our Support page. Include your name, contact details, order reference if relevant, the product or service concerned and what outcome you are seeking. Do not email your password, full payment-card number or licence key.
For written consumer complaints governed by Hungarian law, Anumys will investigate and provide a reasoned written response within 30 days, unless a directly applicable rule requires a different deadline. We retain the complaint record and response copy for three years as required by law. If we reject a complaint, we will explain the reason and provide information about the available dispute-resolution options, including the competent authority and conciliation board.
2. FastSpring payment or refund issue
For payment or invoice questions about a FastSpring order, contact FastSpring Buyer Support. For a refund request, contact Anumys first at refund@anumys.eu. If the seller has not responded within two business days, FastSpring’s published instructions say you can ask its Buyer Support for help; FastSpring states that it cannot issue refunds directly. The seller and contact details on your order confirmation or invoice identify the parties to your particular transaction.
3. Conciliation board in Hungary
If direct contact does not resolve a consumer dispute, you may ask a competent conciliation board to help. The board is independent and provides an out-of-court process. Consumers can find the board serving their residence or the trader’s registered seat through the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s current list.

A consumer may submit a case through the online conciliation-board case form or the competent board’s contact methods. Anumys will participate and cooperate as required by law. We have not made a general advance undertaking to accept a conciliation board’s decision as binding; our position for an individual complaint will be explained in the written response where relevant.
4. Cross-border EU consumer disputes
If you live in another EU/EEA country and the dispute is cross-border, contact the European Consumer Centre in your country for guidance. Consumers in Hungary can contact the European Consumer Centre Hungary at info@magyarefk.hu or +36 1 896 7747.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer an available complaint route. This page therefore links to current conciliation-board and consumer-centre services instead.
5. Data-protection complaints
For a concern about personal data, you may contact Anumys or complain directly to the supervisory authority. The Hungarian authority’s current contact information appears in our Privacy & GDPR Notice.
These procedures do not prevent you from bringing a claim before a competent court or using another remedy available under mandatory law.
