Withdrawal from
a Contract

Online withdrawal function · Last updated: 26 September 2026

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, subject to the contract type and statutory exceptions. If Anumys is the seller, you can submit an unambiguous withdrawal notice below without giving a reason. If FastSpring or Bright Market is listed as the seller, submit your notice to FastSpring Buyer Support as described below. Notices submitted on this page are time-stamped by the Anumys server.

Submit your withdrawal notice

If Anumys is named as the seller, this form sends your notice to Anumys and queues a receipt email. If FastSpring or Bright Market is named, this form sends only a copy to Anumys; submit the notice to FastSpring Buyer Support as described above. If an acknowledgement for a notice submitted to Anumys does not arrive, email refund@anumys.eu with the order reference and state clearly that you withdraw from the contract. Do not send a password, full payment-card number or licence key.

Digital content and the 14-day right

For non-tangible digital content, a consumer loses the withdrawal right only if the consumer gave prior express consent for supply to begin during the withdrawal period, expressly acknowledged the resulting loss of that right, and the trader provided the required confirmation on a durable medium. A download or activation by itself does not establish those conditions. The rules may differ for a service contract or another product type. Any statutory conformity remedy remains unaffected.
