Accessibility

This statement covers anumys.eu, including Whispering Instruments product pages, account and Support pages, and online checkout entry points. We want visitors to be able to find product information, manage an account and contact Support using different devices and assistive technologies.

Current status: We have not completed an independent accessibility audit, so we cannot claim that every page and workflow conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA or the European Accessibility Act. We have not yet compiled a complete list of barriers. We will use visitor reports to identify and prioritise improvements.

The European Accessibility Act applies to covered consumer e-commerce services from 28 June 2025. EU and Hungarian law exempt qualifying microenterprises that provide services; Anumys has not published a formal assessment of whether that exemption applies to its business. See also Hungary’s Act XVII of 2022. This statement explains the current review status and invites feedback; it is not a declaration of legal conformity or exemption.
