Wishmaster Community Terms

Last updated: 27 September 2026

These terms apply to the Wishmaster idea board on anumys.eu. They supplement the Anumys Terms of Service and Privacy & GDPR Notice. If you do not agree, do not submit content or use the Wishmaster board.

1. Who may use the board

Anyone may browse the board, leave one like or dislike per network address for a wish, or report a concern. You need an active Anumys account with a verified email address to submit a wish. A public wish shows its title, description, selected platforms, idea type and optional non-binding willingness-to-pay signal; your account name and email are not displayed with it.

2. Your post, your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to share it. Do not post content that is illegal or unlawful, infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights, exposes someone’s personal or confidential information, or is threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, grossly offensive, deceptive, spam, or otherwise contrary to these terms or the community standards.

Do not include passwords, licence keys, payment details, private contact information, personal data about another person, malware, harmful links or confidential material. Keep ideas focused on the product or capability you would like to see. Do not use Wishmaster to advertise unrelated services, target or intimidate people, or submit content that disrupts the board.

3. Ownership and permission to display

You keep ownership of your wish. You give Anumys a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, format, display and moderate the wish as needed to operate, secure and improve Wishmaster and to evaluate the ideas submitted through it. This permission ends when the wish is deleted, except for limited copies kept where necessary for security, legal compliance or dispute handling. This is not a transfer of ownership and does not promise that Anumys will develop, sell or support the proposed idea.

A willingness-to-pay amount is only a community signal. It is not an order, offer, reservation or promise to purchase a future product.

4. Reporting a wish

Use the “Report this wish” control on a post that may breach these terms or applicable law. Select the closest reason, explain the concern clearly enough for us to review it, and confirm that you are reporting in good faith and that your information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. No account is required, but a report asks for your name and email address so we can process and, where appropriate, follow up on it. Your contact details and report are visible only to authorised Anumys administrators, not to the public or the wish author.

To limit repeat reports, the system uses a purpose-specific, keyed fingerprint derived from your IP address and stores no raw IP address in the report table. One report per network address and wish is accepted. People sharing an IP address may share one report slot; a changed IP address may be counted separately. Please report in good faith and do not use the form to harass another user.

5. Review and moderation

Three pending reports from distinct IP-based fingerprints automatically hide a wish while it is reviewed. This threshold is a precaution, not a finding that the wish or its author has done anything wrong. Anumys administrators may also hide, restore or remove content when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect people or rights, respond to a credible legal notice, or keep the board safe and usable.

When a wish is hidden for review, we send the author an email with the reason recorded by the moderation process and a way to contact Support. If you believe a moderation decision is mistaken, reply to that notice or contact support@anumys.eu with the wish title and relevant context. We will review the request. Applicable legal rights and remedies remain available.

Reports are handled by Anumys administrators. We may dismiss reports that are duplicative, unsupported, abusive or clearly made in bad faith. A report does not automatically entitle the reporter to information about another person or the outcome of a private account review.

6. Illegal-content notices and decisions

For a sufficiently detailed notice that identifies allegedly illegal content, the reason it is considered illegal and the relevant wish, contact support@anumys.eu. Include your name and email address and the exact Wishmaster link or wish title. We assess notices in good faith and take appropriate action where required. Where applicable, we provide the affected author with a clear reason for a restriction and information about available redress.

7. Availability and contact

Wishmaster is an idea and feedback board, not a product-development commitment or a guaranteed archive. We may change, suspend or discontinue it. For questions about these terms, your own wish or a moderation decision, contact support@anumys.eu.
